партнерске земље, 13. и 14.10.2022, Београд, Србија

Ваздухопловна академија учествовала je на семинару за EAfA партнерске земље који је одржан 13. и 14.10. у Београду, у Србији. Овај семинар је заједнички догађај Европске комисије (Генерални директорат за запошљавање, социјална питања и инклузију), Европске фондације за обуку и Министарства образовања, науке и технолошког развоја Републике Србије. Његов главни циљ је да омогући учење међу партнерским земљама и члановима EAfA: владама, бизнисима, социјалним партнерима, коморама, пружаоцима стручног образовања и обука, представницима младих из различитих региона.

Европска алијанса за завршно професионално образовање је платформа којом управља Европска комисија у блиској сарадњи са ЕУ социјалним партнерима, која окупља владе и друге кључне актере (пословна удружења, појединачне компаније, социјалне партнере, коморе, пружаоце стручног образовања и обука, регионе, представнике младих и експертске организације). Заједнички циљ је јачање квалитета, понуде, имиџа и мобилности у вези са завршним професионалним образовањем у Европи. EAfA је до сада покренула не само земље чланице ЕУ и велики број актера да се укључе у квалитетно завршно професионално образовање, већ се и постепено отвара према земљама кандидатима – Албанији, Северној Македонији, Србији и Турској – и партнерским земљама из јужног и источног комшилука (Грузија, Израел и Молдавија).


Семинар је имао следеће циљеве:

• Да подели искуство Србије у погледу програма ефикасног учења/завршног професионалног образовања заснованог на раду;

•Да продуби разумевање изазова и могућности у развоју и имплементацији система завршног професионалног образовања;

• Да учи из EAfA добрих пракси и примера;

• Да испита могућности ближег повезивања партнерских земаља са EAfA;

•Да сагледа напредак у достизању циљева ЕУ за учење засновано на раду (Os nabrück декларација из 2020).

countries, 13-14th of October 2022, Belgrade, Serbia

Aviation Academy participated in seminar for EafA partner countries held from 13th to 14th of October, Belgrade, Serbia. This seminar is jointly organized event of the European Commission (Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion), of the European Training Foundation and Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia. Main objective of the seminar is to enable learning between partner countries and EafA members: governments, enterprises, social partners, chambers, VET providers, youth representatives from various regions.

European Alliance for Apprenticeships is a platform managed by the European Commission in close cooperation with EU social partners connecting governments and other key players (business alliances, single companies, social partners, chambers, VET providers, regions, youth representatives and expert organisations). Mutual objective is quality, supply, image and mobility improvement regarding apprenticeships in Europe. EafA has so far invoked not only EU members to participate in quality apprenticeships, but it has also been gradually starting to cooperate with candidate countries- Albania, North Macedonia, Serbia and Turkey as well as southern and eastern neighbouring partner countries (Georgia, Israel and Moldavia).


The seminar had following objectives:

· sharing the experience of Serbia regarding programme of efficient learning/ work-based apprenticeships;

· deeper understanding of challenges and possibilities in development and implementation of apprenticeships;

· learning from EafA good practices and examples;

· studying possibilities of making closer connections between partner countries and EAfA;

· inspecting development in EU goal achievement for work-based learning (Os nabrück declaration, 2020).
